Starter Packages

Option 1: Light Snacks & Finger Foods

A stationary spread perfect for casual grazing and social hours.

• International and Domestic Cheese Display: A wide assortment of Canadian and imported cheeses (Brie, Danish Blue, Smoked Gouda, and more) garnished with red grapes and dried fruit.
• Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Fresh baby spinach and artichoke hearts served in a sourdough bread bowl with tri-colored tortilla chips.
• Charcuterie Platter: Herbed roast beef, prosciutto, salami, ham, and sausages with hummus, apricot jelly, grainy Dijon, and flatbreads.

Option 2: Circulated Hors d’oeuvres

Your choice of any five handcrafted bites, tray-passed by our service team.

• Selections: Shrimp Satay with Citrus Aioli, Mini Pulled Pork Bites on Cornbread, Caprese Skewers, Thai Chicken Satay, Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus, Mini Spanakopita, Mini Gorgonzola Tarte, Lime Infused Watermelon Cups, or Smoked Salmon Canapés in Beetroot Baskets.

Dessert Packages

Black & White Petits Fours

An elegant selection of mini French desserts, including vanilla cream logs, cocoa orange gianduja moelleux, ivory pecan brownies, and chocolate éclairs.

• Portion: 2 pieces per guest.

Dessert Squares

A classic selection of fudge brownies, Nanaimo bars, lemon macaroon bars, carrot cake, and triple berry crumble.

The Grand Cake Station

A mini dessert buffet designed for 75 guests, featuring 14 pieces each of:

• Jumbo Belgian Truffle Cake, Raspberry Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake, Tiramisu, Chocolate Baileys Cake, Mango Buffet Cake, and Chocolate Pecan Praline Cake.
