1 – Choose Your Base Menu

Fresh Start

A selection of house-baked muffins, fruit-stuffed Danishes, butter croissants, and assorted sweet and savory scones. Served with all necessary butter, preserves, and your choice of a fresh-cut fruit platter or a basket of whole fruit.

Breakfast Loaves

A delicious assortment including blueberry, apple-cinnamon, carrot, lemon-poppy seed, banana-chocolate chip, and seasonal loaves. Served with butter, preserves, and your choice of a fresh-cut fruit platter or whole fruit basket.

The Bagel

A variety of plain, multigrain, sesame seed, cinnamon raisin, cheese, poppy seed, and "everything" bagels. Served with plain and herbed cream cheese and your choice of a fruit platter or fruit salad.

The Canadian

A hearty classic featuring Applewood smoked bacon, turkey sausage links, and country ham. Includes Yukon Gold pan-fried potatoes with sautéed onions and peppers, farm-fresh scrambled eggs with chives, and brioche French toast with seasonal berry compote. Served with a fruit platter and daily baked scones.

Taste of the Okanagan

Farm-fresh scrambled eggs with creamy goat cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and chives. Accompanied by house-crafted maple pork sausages, Applewood smoked bacon, and Yukon Gold potatoes with roasted red peppers. Includes brioche French toast with berry compote, a fruit platter, and chef’s choice breakfast pastries.

Breakfast Burritos

Stuffed with farm-fresh scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, bell peppers, and caramelized onions. Choose from Chorizo, Applewood bacon, turkey sausage, or vegetarian (spinach & tomato). Served with shredded hash browns, pico de gallo, sour cream, a fruit platter, and daily pastries.

The Benny

Your choice of two proteins: Pulled pork belly, West Coast smoked salmon, Canadian back bacon, Applewood smoked bacon, or tomato/spinach/avocado. Served on a traditional English muffin with poached eggs and hollandaise. Includes Yukon Gold potatoes, bacon, turkey sausage, Belgian waffles, fruit, and pastries.

Omelet Station (Chef Attended)

Available for 30+ guests. Our culinary team prepares custom-made omelets on-location with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, and toppings. Served with shredded hash browns, Belgian waffles with berry compote, a fruit platter, and daily pastries.

Breakfast Brunch (Chef Attended)

Available for 30+ guests. An upscale experience featuring grilled herb-crusted 8oz ribeye steaks with sautéed mushrooms, homemade Angus corned beef hash, and a custom farm-fresh egg station. Includes rosemary potatoes, orange pecan French toast, pan-fried tomatoes, baked beans, breakfast meats, fruit, and pastries.

• Maple Almond Granola: Homemade and served with honey.
• Smoked Salmon Platter: A full side of smoked salmon with Spanish onions and capers (Suggested for 25–35 people).
• Yogurt Selection: Individual 100g fruit-flavored or plain Greek yogurts.
• Fruit Kebobs: Seasonal fruit skewers with a forest berry dipping sauce.
• Hot Cereals: Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat served with brown sugar and cream.

Mother Parkers Coffee (House Blend)

A perfect blend of quality beans from Brazil and Peru featuring a mild nutty flavor with a slightly spicy finish. Available in disposable Barista Boxes (10–12 cups) or large Cambros (up to 105 cups).

Marley’s Coffee (Medium-Dark Espresso)

"Lively Up Yourself" with this smooth, rich blend of pure Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, featuring notes of creamy caramel and dark chocolate. Available in Barista Boxes or large Cambros.

Higgins & Burke Teas

An assortment of premium and caffeine-free tea pouches served with cream, sugar, sweetener, honey, and stir sticks.

Mighty Leaf Artisan Tea

Crafted whole-leaf and herbal tea pouches for a premium experience. Served with all necessary accompaniments.

Cold Beverages

A refreshing selection including 355ml fruit juices, 500ml bottled water, and San Pellegrino carbonated natural mineral water.

Note: All coffee and tea services include cream, sugar, sweeteners, and stir sticks. Decaf coffee is available upon request.
